What we'll prepare during the class
Caramelized almond. We’ll prepare caramelized nuts and show you one classic way how to do it and also explain other possible ways for production.
Panning process. We’ll cover the nuts with the layer of chocolate, by using panning machine.
We’ll prepare future dragee for the final stage — polishing or coating with any powder.
Packaging. We will finish our preparation and pack this up in our designed packaging and you will see where and how you can create your own packaging/boxes/labels.
Question / answer. At the end of the class, you will be able to ask all questions that you may have.
